How to fast paint skeleton?

It will be very short and simple tutorial. In fact, he was at the last painting workshop, which was leading by me and was the result of a request of one of the participants. Do not expect anything revolutionary in this material, but perhaps for beginner painters will be useful and will help systematize knowledge. This will be painting at the Table Top quality, a model rather prepare to play, not the painting competition. To paint the figures I used Citadel paints.

1. Przygotuj model do malowania, wytnij go z ramek, usuń wszelkie linie podziału formy.

Prepare the model for painting, cut it from the frame, remove all lines of form. If the model is plastic, as our skeleton, it is easiest to use for this purpose modeling blade. This step is very important - do not underestimate it, it will not take you long.

Cover model with white primer spray such as Skull White Spray or Matt White Undercoat. You can also paint the model using the Army Painter Colour Primer - Skeleton Bone greatly speed up the work.

3. Pomaluj całą figurkę przy pomocy dużego pędzla farbą Ushabati Bone (Bleached Bone). Elementy zbroi pomaluj farbą Ironbreaker (Chainmail).

Paint the entire figure with a large paint brush Ushabati Bone (Bleached Bone). Pieces of armor paint paint Ironbreaker (Chainmail).

4. Przy pomocy dużego pędzla pokrywamy dokładnie całą figurkę farbą typu wash (shade) Agrax Earthshade (Devlan Mud). Czekamy, aż farba wyschnie.

Using a large brush, cover the statue with paint thoroughly wash type (shade) Agrax Earthshade (Delan Mud). We wait until the paint dries.

In the largest depressions figures such as the eyes or around the pelvic bone, using a small brush, add the type of paint wash Nuln Oil (Badab Black) to increase the depth of mini. We wait until the paint has dried thoroughly.

6.Niewielką ilością farby White Scar (Skull White) i praktycznie suchym pędzlem rozjaśniamy niektóre elementy szkieletu takie jak żebra, czaszkę czy kości nóg. Elementy zbroi delikatnie rozjaśniamy farbą Runefang Steel (Mithril Silver).

Small amount of paint White Scar (White Skull) and dry brush highlight some skeletal elements such as ribs, skull and leg bones. Pieces of armor gently highlight with paint Runefang Steel (Mithril Silver).

Szkielet gotowy! Pozostało zrobienie podstawki i ewentualne pokrycie figurki matowym lakierem zabezpieczającym.
The skeleton is ready! Left make a base, and cover mini with matt varnish for protection.

Have fun painting,
