I got this bust from a friend from StudioLevel, which mainly deals with the creation of areas for battle games. In the past, I have already shown you some of their more interesting products. Today we're taking a look at something completely new to them, a bust. And most importantly, the project below is part of their Kikstarter which has already been funded but is still active until 30/3/2023. Within this project, there are two figurines and two busts in different scales. In this article I will present you only one of the busts. But first, a few words from Sebastian from StudioLevel.
Popiersie to dostałem od znajomego z firmy StudioLevel, która zajmuje się głównie tworzeniem terenów do gier bitewnych. W przeszłości pokazywałem już Wam kilka ich ciekawszych produktów. Dzisiaj przyjrzymy się czemuś całkowicie dla nich nowemu, popiersiu. I najważniejsze, poniższy projekt jest częścią ich Kikstarter'a, który został już ufundowany ale nadal jest aktywny do dnia 30.3.2023. W ramach tego projektu znajdują się dwie figurki i dwa popiersia w różnej skali. Ja w tym artykule zaprezentuje Wam tylko jedno z popiersi. Ale najpierw kilka słów od Sebastiana ze StudioLevel.

The model I received is one of the first casts, the next ones, according to Sebastian's assurances, will be of much better quality. The box is also temporary but very ecological :)
Model jaki dostałem jest jednym z pierwszych odlewów, kolejne zgodnie z zapewnieniami Sebastiana będą znacznie lepszej jakości. Pudełko również jest tymczasowe ale bardzo ekologiczne :)
The bust is one element. No folding or gluing required. Also included were two shoulder pads which are optional. I'm not sure if they will be included in the final version as well.
Popiersie jest jednym elementem. Nie wymaga żadnego składanie ani sklejania. Dołączone były również dwa naramienniki, które są opcjonalne. Nie jestem pewien czy w finalnej wersji będą one również dołaczone.

I really like this goblin face :) As you can see in the pictures, in several places the cast requires slight improvement, smoothing with sandpaper.
Naprawdę podoba mi sie ta goblińska mordka :) Jak widzicie na zdjęciach w kilku miejscach odlew wymaga delikatnej poprawy, wygładzenia papierem ściernym.
In the photos below you can see a delicate texture on the jacket and, above all, on the goblin leather. Certainty will make painting easier.
Na poniższych zdjęciach widać delikatną fakture na kurtce oraz przede wszystkim na skórze goblina. Spewnościa ułatwi to malowanie.
To sum up, a very interesting bust in the style of Warhammer 40000. A few nice details, visible texture of the leather and the jacket. An interesting model, especially for beginners in the adventure with busts. As it is a goblin, we don't have to focus, for example, on super realistic skin painting. I recommend!
Reasumując, bardzo ciekawe popiersie w klimacie Warhammera 40000. Kilka fajnych detali, widoczna faktura skóry oraz kurtki. Ciekawy model szczegónie dla początkujących w przygodzie z popiersiami. Jako, że jest to goblin nie musimy skupiać się np. na super realistycznym pomalowaniu skóry. Polecam!
