Nadeszła jesień. Pojawiła się promocja na nową, polską edycję gry HeroQuest. Cena była zachęcająca. Kolega namawiał od wielu miesięcy, że gra super dla dzieciaków. No to kupiłem... :) Teraz muszę pomalować bo przecież dzieciaki nie będą grały niepomalowanymi figurkami. Oby im się spodobało :)

Unusual for my blog, but it will be a post about a board game. I won't review it or do a thorough unboxing. This makes no sense because you will find a huge amount of this type of material on the Internet, especially on YouTube. Rather, I want to show you my adventure with painting all the figures and terrain elements from this game. Something different for me, because for many years I had only painted figurines for display cases or for painting competitions. It will also be a nostalgic time travel to youth and first adventures with figurines and games. I hope this will interest you. I plan to publish several HeroQuest posts soon.
Nietypowo jak na mój blog, ale będzie to post o grze planszowej. Nie będę jej recenzował ani robił dokładnego unboxingu. Nie ma to sensu ponieważ w sieci, a w szczególności na YouTube znajdziecie ogromną ilość tego typu materiałów. Chcę raczej pokazać Wam moją przygodę z pomalowaniem wszystkich figurek i elementów terenu z tej gry. Coś innego jak dla mnie bowiem od wielu lat malowałem tylko figurki do gablotki lub na konkursy malarskie. Będzie to również nostalgiczna podróż w czasie do młodości i pierwszych przygód z figurkami oraz grami. Mam nadzieję, że Was to zainteresuje. Planuje opublikować kilka postów z grą HeroQuest w najbliższym czasie.

First, I "improved" the box. I replaced the plastic inserts with soft sponge. I want to avoid damaging the painted models with plastic inserts that are too tight in my opinion.
Na początek "ulepszyłem" pudełko. Wymieniłem plastikowe wkładki na miękką gąbkę. Chcę uniknąć zniszczenia pomalowanych modeli przez moim zdaniem zbyt ciasne plastikowe wkładki.
I also protected all the playing cards from the little, fat hands of young players :) The 83.5 x 89 cm card game sleeve fit perfectly and are not a big expense at all.
Zabezpieczyłem również wszystkie karty do gry przed małymi tłustymi rączkami młodych graczy :) Koszulki o rozmiarze 83,5 x 89cm pasują idealnie i nie są w cale dużym wydatkiem.
